Hello, I am also Re-Volt fan. Twice I mailed Throwback, current Re-Volt rights owner to liberate the game. Today I started forum topic about it on their forums. Please support my, and hopefully the whole Re-Volt Community request. Of course If you also want it to happen. Here's the URL:

FreeWebs had done a massive file backup and restore, so some formatting was lost.
I hope it looks back to normal now ?
